Aims and objectives of the Foundation:

1. scholarship support for young talented musicians
2. enrichment of the nation-building by supporting talented young musicians who can become the pride of Russia's culture in the near future
3. organization and financing of fellowship and master classes
4. formation of a successful career Fellows, providing them with comprehensive assistance in the organization of concert performances, the choice of competitions and festivals
5. promote creativity fellows of the Fund, contributing to their high demand in Russia and the world music community

Activities:

1. organization of charitable programs and cultural events
2. organization of season and thematic concerts of classical music
3. participate in cultural activities of the Moscow Government and the Government of Russia
4. participate in international music projects
5. organization of classical music festivals in Russia and abroad
